Directional Survey Tool Error Model Results
Copsegrove Developments has implemented the ISCWSA MWD and Gyro survey tool error models in it's software package. This page contains the results and diagnostic files that may help others with their own implementation. The results cannot be guarenteed as accurate, but offer a set of data for use when comparing results.
The Diagnostic Files report the error terms in a standardised order to allow electronic file comparison. This order is given in a MS Excel file of the Error Sources. MWD Error Model

Gyro Error Model
The following diagnostic files are from the Copsegrove Developments Ltd software system. The results have been calculated assuming the test profile azimuths are in True North as in the MWD error model.
